Condition Boy/Girl mod - anyone know how to hide when not damaged?

There is a lot of comment about the desire for this feature for this mod in the nexus comments, to make it not always on screen. Toggle it with a hotkey or let it fade when there is no damage. But some time later there does not seem to be a way to do this. So rather than ask on that place, where is has already been asked a lot, I though I might ask here.

 

Does anyone here know a way? Can I add this element to iHud in some way?
