Any way to make NPCs walk around with some clothes off? Like topless but with pants, or shirt on but no pants?

You can write script that removes the clothes at game start.

 

Or you do it in game. Open the NPC inventory anf take the clothes

Use MCS. You get spell MCS Oders, cast on NPC, click in the menu "tarde" and NPC invertory opens, take the clothes you want.

You don't need addon HumanTouchNPC . Install MadCompanionshipSpells.esp, MCS extension.esp and the folders

MCS works with lovers and you can make every NPC in game your companion.

 

try not to use quest NPCs before you end the quest. And Martin as companion is nota good idea
