Is there a mod that removes the high heels effect?

Is there such a mod? I'm tired of putting up with it, I hate this effect. SL mostly suffers from it, but not only that. That thing in the SL settings doesn't work correctly + doesn't work for men at all (I use modular armor for men by SavrenX, it has this effect). Setscale won't always work properly either, it can only help in standing animations. In sitting animations the character/s will "hover". Plus adjusting the height every time I change shoes is annoying. 

 

I know it is possible to remove something through NifSkope and then this stupid effect won't happen, but most of my shoes have this effect and it's too long to edit every shoes, so I'm looking for a way that just removes this effect in general. If that's possible.

 

And yes I know that in that case the shoes will fall under the ground, but that's the "lesser evil" I'm willing to do. It's better than suffering the constant problems with animations.

I have a slightly different situation, I don't use this mod, so I don't need to remove the Master and the spell. The mods I have are using the NiOverride system for high heel

I use this mod, it helps for sitting in a chair, for cooking, etc., but it doesn't help, for example, with riding and SL

Open shoes with Nifskope , extend the NiTriShape until the NiStringExtraData string is found, and simply right-click on the string and Delete/Remove

Yes, I mentioned this method in my post, but it's too long to do for all shoes. If there's no other way to just massively disable this effect...it's sad
