Trying to convert 3BA Dirt + Blood + Cum textures to BHUNP, but don't know where to start

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. Wasn't sure where this specific question would fit in, so tried here.

 

I'm trying to take this mod and convert it BHUNP body - Zaki Dirt and Blood Textures for Dirt & Blood & Cum

 

I can't find any tutorials on converting texture sets between bodies, only armors. Is there any way to convert the textures with Bodyslide or Outfit Studio? Or even with Blender?

 

I have been trying to manually block the seams within Photoshop using a DDS exporter, but when I get to the dirt it's just hopeless. Any help would be much appreciated.
