Vampire with 100% disease immunity (supposedly) keeps getting infected by various diseases

I"m looking around in xEdit and can't find what give disease immunity.  I'm assuming it's a perk.  The only thing I have altering vampires is Sacrosanct... but maybe CACO or Sunhelm does something.  Can anyone point me to what record I should be looking at to see what is overwriting it?

No idea off hand. I think most diseases are effects which have a condition which says it's not to take effect if suffering from vampirism. You could use extended console. click on your character. Then go down the list of effects being applied to that character, (shift to scroll down the list), and see if the effect for the disease you have is actually a disease, (i.e get it's formid, check in xedit for that condition), rather than, (erm), a straight effect without a condition.  On the other hand, (got two), could be wrong. Just a thought.

Is it on player or npc ?

 

npc is tricky, cure disease, blessing does not remove the disease, player only.

I know this for sure, as I fiddled around with this.

That's the reason I made this.

If you give the vampire resist disease ability to a npc and this npc catched a disease already, it will not be removed.

Very odd.  AbResistDisease does not appear to be overwritten at all... or are the diseases i found from spoonmonger's list.  Is there any way to check what else is affecting my characters resist disease stat?  Maybe there is some debuff not showing up in the active effects menu?

Do you have a mod installed, where you can be vampire AND werewolf ?

Resist disease does NOT include vampiris and werewolf infection.

Werewolf will be imune against vamp and vice versa.

What version of Sunhelm are you using? Because that does stuff with vampires, (needs, immortality and such). Maybe a bug in that. Couldn't see anything specific in the release logs but there have been numerous changes over time with noting changes to how vampires are treated by the mod. 

 

Also, and not just to make really sure. You are actually classed as vampire? (i.e. one of the Vampire races, eg NordRaceVampire, BretonRaceVampire, etc..).

1) Are you sure on that? Just a check because on More Informative Console, (if that's what you used), It will say race when you click on your character, but you then have to press 'shift' on the Race entry to get the second panel up to show if it is set to the vampire form ID. 

 

2) If you are sure, the crummy solution is to console and 'player.setrace bretonracevampire', or whatever race you are using instead of 'breton'. Actually that would be a good test for above.

Ah ok.  Upon hitting shift I see it does indeed say imperialracevampire
