[REQUEST] Guild Wars 2 Twilight Legendary Greatsword Mod

Hi guys. I am looking for a creative modder willing to step up to a challenge of making a Twilight -Guild Wars 2 Legendary Greatsword Mod. 

The greatsword's blade uses the texture of the sky in Guild Wars2. It comes in two versions: day sky (sunrise greatsword) and night sky (twilight greatsword). Both leave a smoking-light trace when swung or while walking with it wielded. when you rotate a camera around the sword's blade you can actually see the entire sky "in" it.

 

 Is it  possible to implement Skyrim night sky texture onto  a greatsword skin?
