I am trying to replace many of these  with DMRA.Which would be the best way to do this?

Best is a matter of opinion and modding skill.

 

The simplest method would be to just replace the individual mesh and texture files with the dmra variant.  Then you could keep your merged esp intact and not have to mess with it.

Sounds simple.It's an OMOD,so should I simply put the textures/meshes in oblivion/data?

2nd:how can I move some clothes directly into my inventory?CS I suppose?

Ok, just so we are on the same page....did you install the OMOD already?  If you did, then yes, just replace the meshes and textures in oblivion\data

 

NOTE:  You need to go just a touch further than dumping the folders in however.  You need to confirm that the meshes have the same name and are installed in the same location.  What you are doing is replacing things so the original merged esp will still be able to find them.

 

The textures don't need this attention to detail. Just dump the whole textures folder into the oblivion\data folder.

 

 

 

As to your second question, yes you'll have to use the CS to either put them in a location you can get them from quickly (recommended) or put them into your inventory via a script (more difficult).  I do NOT recommend trying to put them into your inventory directly without a script as that has issues.
