Modification NPC CK

Hello.
I have some questions about the CK.
I would like to know if modifying the relationships of two npcs in the game using the CK and adding dialogues in it; will it work or do you have to add scripts and stuff.

 

How to change the appearance of a npc in game without having it blackface and lose the changes added by its mod.

Because here's the thing, I'd like to change Mikael and Ysolda's relationship. I'd like to make it so that Mikael has succeeded in getting Ysolda's favor and that they become lovers by adding a few lines of love dialogue.

 

And I had wanted to try to change Ysolda's appearance but that had failed.

She ended up with a vanilla head and hair style and black face.
