Combining two werewolf mods

Ok, I'm using two werewolf mods that clash together and it's driving me crazy. The two mods are http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12185//? and the Dawnguard friendly version of http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9891//?

 

I found out the issue involves the scripts as they both use the same PSC and PEX files. I tried to make it so the werewolf loot mod has the growth in it as well, but when I looked at the scripts, all I could really do was cross my eyes. I am script illiterate and was hoping someone here would know what to do and offer their assistance?
