Nerfing Horse Riding

Rather than simply limiting myself, looking for mod(s) that have negative consequences for horse riding.

 

Already using SLEN for mounted exposure and Aroused Creatures for refuse while mounting/riding. And SL Survival for horse following you if you are "friendly".

 

Looking for somethings like:

- if hit by enemy, you are knocked off horse

- no horse riding in cities/towns. illegal

- horse panics when around magic/battle with chance of knocking off (even if you are not hit). and then runs away from battle

 

Any suggestions or mod author willing to take this up? Using SE version.
