i've never installed any mods or skyrim before and i was wondering where i should start, is there any modpack ?

My suggestion to begin with, it's, mods that not altere to much your game experience if you like the game, in this line, there are mods that are necessary even for further modding and you should have them yes or yes and don't change the game:

SKSE (NECESSARY ALWAYS)

SkyUI (Simply a better UI)
Papyrus Script Extender (Expands the capabilities of SKSE)

Fore Idles New in Skyrim (just an engine to add new animations, very easy to use)
RaceMenu (it adds many options to change the body of you characters and many body/presets mods need it)
High Quality Map (or any other map changer like Flat Map Framework)
Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (or not Special Edition, fix lots of bugs, many mods need it but fix exploits that players can use to get easly OP)
AI Overhaul (simply the AI gets better)

but if you want something that change the mechanics and makes the game more interesting/balanced, you can try this mods

Relationship Overhaul (I put it here just because is a requirement for the next mod)
Nether's Follower Framework (You can hire up to 10 followers, create bases, equip them, give them specific roles in your party and more, there are other follower related frameworks but I like this above all)
Wildcat (Makes combat a but more interesting, enemies get roles and change tactics more often according to the situation, and you can inflict or suffer injuries mid combat that gives disadvantages to you or your enemies)
Ultimate Combat (Enables headshots and you can choose the damage multiplier of them, and enemies can "smartly" dodge your attacks randomly and increase the tactis they use)
Ordinator (Overhaul completly the skill tress, adds more roleplaying options, adding spells and abilities, and might be a bit broken soo I suggest look for a mod that give the same abilities to your enemies like...)
Spell Perk Item Distribiutor (Gives enemies more Perks and items according to their levels)
Apocalypse of Skyrim (More magic)
Odin (EVEN MORE MAGIC)
Wintersun (Religions in Skyrim overhauls, gives extra bonuses, roleplaying options and more deitis)
Loot And Degradation (Armors/Weapons degradate, losing tempering levels and even broken mid combat, in addition, NPC now can pick weapons again when dissarmed or simply when a better equipment is on the floor or on a dead enemy/friend, you can hire the services of smithies to temper your equipment)
Ultimate Dragons (Dragons get better AI and stats, even they can spawn in groups and fight eachother)
Diverse Dragon Collection (More dragons, more elements, more colors, sizes, more... Insanity)
SkyTest (wildlife now can hurt you, wolves, bears, saberthoots or even skeevers)
Wounds (Simply, wounds, you can get heavily be injured in combat and some wounds might require special treatment and several in-game days to fully restore)
Growl (Simply better werewolf or even werebear)
Sacrosanct (Simply better vampire/vampirel lord)

This are some mods I recommend for more interesting combat, just combat

For inmersion, I don't like the Survival Mode honestly, and it depends more of what you want but I like to play with:

Cutting Room Floor (Re-enables cutted content, locations, some missions and NPC from the vanilla game)
iNeed (you now need to eat, drink, sleep and take care of yourself when get sick, since now you need a different potion for each sickness)
Frostfall (Skyrim is very snowy and people tell you about the harsh weather, this mods gives you that, weather in Skyrim now matters)
Campfire (Camping with camping/survival skills)
The Capital Expansion Saga (This are many main cities overhauls, but sadly the creator of the dissapeared midworking of CE Riften soo for now we only have Whiterun and Windhelm)
Cities Of The North Saga (give a lot of more interesting and unique look to all minor capitals in Skyrim)

Note: While writting this I got to go soo I will continue later

Ok, first of all:

Please use Mod Organizer 2 and not Vortex, it's a mod outgame administrator that gives you many, many options and utilities required for "safely" modding
BodySlide, basiclly and engine to build female bodies, body parts and clothes, hard requirement
FNSI, the animations engine, hard requirement too, simply to add all the kinky animations

Caliente Beatiful Body Enchancer or UNNP, nude bodies for females, look good, and some have like addon-mods that gives them physics
Schlongs Of Skyrim, nude bodies and dicks for males, they too have addon-mods to give them physics
Note that this addons like SOS-HDT and CBPC requires another mods that expands the capabilities of the game engine, soo be sure to have all properly installed and re-run one and again FNSI and the game to be sure everything it's just like you want

Adult Modding it's a patience sport sometimes honestly, specially cause there are no guides, nor videos, nor tutorials, nothing not even in this forum, and if there's some, they are extremetly complicated to find or even understand since everything is mainly just written, and even doing everything alright there is a high chance of you game simply randomly crashing or corrupting your save files, cause, "It just works".

Then you need some mods to the game engine:

SKSE (Engine improvements, I already told you about it)
SkyUI (Need it cause the UI improvement adds a very useful and simple mod administrator trough the pause menu)
Adress Library for SKSE Plugins (Expands SKSE capabilities)
Papyrus Utilities (This is weird since according to SexLab Framework it's already included, but for some reason, my Skyrim doesn't recognize it till I manully install it)

Then, proceding with the spicy stuff:

-SexLab Framework (It's the main core of ALL kinky mods in here, an engine specially designed to sex in your Skyrim)
-SexLab Animation Loader (The SexLab Framework come with some animations but if you want to expand it more, you need this mod, it rebuild all the animation registry in SexLab to add new ones of delete somes if you don't like them but need to do it manually, it's the best LL have been able to do for now)
-SexLab Furniture Framework (Adds to abilitie to have sex using more furniture since SexLab only have beds support, this gives you support for chairs, tables, etc.)
-Animations for Furniture (This are apart from the Furniture Framework and you have to look for them by your own, install them, run FNSI, open the game, wait till they appear in the Animation Loader and the rebuild the Registry to work properly, I made a tutorial in the mod discussion thread if you can find it)
-SexLab Baka Defeat (Baka is a mod re-creator that revives some old mods and gives them new funcionalities of simplificies them, Defeat is a mod that adds post-combat rapping mechanichs, your Dragonborn female or male, depends on you, can rape or be raped, even your folllowers can do both and NPC to another NPC too)
-SexLab Baka Aroused (Give Skyrim and arousal mechanich, you require other mods to really give a use to this mechanich)
-SexLab Separate Orgasm (SexLab Framework basics always orgasm NPC or DB, soo this gives you a sex minigame during sex scenes to use both hands on the keyboard and uses Arousal mechanich to reach the orgasm)
-Radiant Prostitution (Prostitution to the game, even XP and progression system)
-Fertility Mode, Adventures and Fertility Mode+ (3 mods that work just like one, gives a mestrual cycle to player and NPC, simply for impregnation kink, can be SFW even in the menu options)
-Dangerous Night (Have creature content that can be dissable, if you sleep in a dangerous places, someone or something might wake you up in the night to rape you or your followers, or even your same followers if they are too horny)
-SexLab Sexual Fame (Your sexual adventures won't be silent anymore and people might tell you something about it)
-Sexists Guards (Degradatory and very misoginia content, on your own discretion, but, you have to look very deep in the forum to find it or look for the Update Tracking Thread)

If you are into zoo, well

-FNSI Creature addon (Adds a Creature function to the FNSI engine)
-SexLab Creature Framework (Allows creature sex content)
-Animal SOS (Gives dick to animals)
-SexLab Creature Arousal Framework (Arouseal to creatures, domestic animals can be randomly horny and attack pedestrians or you characther, horses might refuse to be mounted if they are too horny and agressive creatures might let you live if you do something else)
-More Nasty Critters (More dicks to more animals and kinky behaviors)
-Hentai Creatures (even more nasty behaviors)

Note: Defeat allows creatures to be rapists but won't work if you don't have none of this mods listed above

Many of this mods I haven't tried yet, some of them yeah, some works betters that anothers, sometimes none of them work at all, Skyrim things, and if you want a Quest like mod, I recommend Slaverun Reloaded, the best mod in terms of story telling with sex related content but it had some really hardcore kinks and I never was able to complete their quests since, yeah, it's very hardcore with some kinks that present

Go through download sections slowly while reading mod descriptions of anything that catches your eye, the most important thing about modding on this coomer side of the internet is READING everything on the mod page, a lot of issues can be avoided that way, some mods will not be compatible with other mods... sometimes things you wouldn't even think about. Also first install all the basic mods needed without any sex mods and see if game runs well, and only then move on to other mods.
Not gonna lie its a pretty time consuming thing you wanna do, but the upside of that is that skyrim can be turned into the best 3D porn game out there with a lot of tweaking through various NSFW ans SFW mods (maybe the bar for that is pretty low but if thats what you want its worth the hassle in my opinion).

Also I THINK OSex is less complicated to get working, not sure I never used it, but it seems like a normie sexlab basically, with way less mods and kinks? You could try that instead of sexlab especially if you are more into pretty vanilla stuff.

And as was mentioned above, Mod Organizer 2, vortex is a spawn of satan, especially once you get more advanced mod lists, its way harder to use later, and MO2 is consistently pretty straightforward maybe a bit daunting at the start but doesn't take long to learn.

The thing about guides is not true though, there are guides just a bit scattered, and fixes for a lot things can be found, you are in the legendary edition part so I will give you pointers to legendary edition guides. First of all google skyrim step guide (though this guide I think also has SE version) this is to get you started on the basic settings, make sure to install ENB at least to use the boost part, its a tool that bypasses a lot of the limitations of the old skyrim version. Go through the step guide slowly.

As for the sex mod guide, its on this very site, but this one is for legendary edition specifically

I recommend installing the Nolvus mod pack, its like 2000 mods and it's a super easy auto installer. It even has nude and physics options during setup so you don't have worry about setting up HDT-SMP, 3BA, CBBE, etc later on.

After its done, I manually install SexLab, SL addons, and a bunch of animations then its good to go. Only kinda confusing part is you have to learn how to make FNIS and Nemesis play well together but you can easily find info online on how to do it.

Are you using it with V4 or V5? I remember trying to set Sexlab up about a year ago with my v4 save and was having a lot of issues. SoS wasn't working for one thing.

I actually have both V4 and V5 lists installed with Sexlab and got them both working nicely, V5 was easier tho. Plus V5 you can set it up for DLSS upscaling out the box to get much more FPS which I like (you have to provide the paid mod yourself ofc). SoS worked fine for me on both, its on 1.5.97 so ideally it shouldn't have problems.

Basically I installed Nolvus Redux V5 with a legit steam version, when it was done installing I replaced the legit Skyrim files with cracked ones I found online because I don't want Skyrim to ever update and then I can also just play without Steam. Then in MO2 I disabled the "CBBE-3BA - Physics Armors and Clothes (Nude)" in OUTPUTS separator because it gave me problems making my own changes with Bodyslide. Then I installed all of these mods I personally wanted at the bottom under a section called "CUSTOM" :

Thanks for the help! I'll definately try and get this working when I have the time.

EDIT: Starting work on it. I see the guide says to install FNIS above Nemesis. Did you put those down in your Custom seperator, or did you not have an issue with Nemesis where it is MO2?

No worries! I put the CUSTOM separator actually just above the OUTPUTS separator then I put FNIS, FNIS creatures, and FNIS output all in the OUTPUTS separator in that order followed by Nemesis output underneath them.  I left Nemesis Engine and Nemesis creatures back up in the 6.1 separator where Nolvus installed them just because I wasn't sure if I should mess with the order of it and it worked fine for me.

One weird bug I had was I noticed certain creature animations weren't working in game, like reiklings worked but draugrs didn't. I realized FNIS didn't generate all the meshes needed for some reason so if you run into that problem go into the FNIS output in file explorer and make sure under Meshes>Actors you aren't missing any like I was. I just had to simply run FNIS again to fix it.

Feel free to ask me anything if you're setting it up, I went through quite a bit of trial and error so I might've have answers to issues you run into.

So after going through and finding (probably) each of the mods I wanted and their correct versions, I'm doing the whole getting fnis/nemesis to work together bit. I've ran FNIS (had to get the XXL version though), got the files in the FNIS Output mod. But when I ran Nemesis, it won't fill the Nemesis Output mod. Both are set the same way- I checked 'create files in mod instead of overwrite' and pointed Nemesis to the output empty mod. I did notice that there's a 'Nemesis Output (Standard)' mod already set up in the v5 files, which I'd unchecked to work with a blank slate. Did you have this problem, or know what might be causing it?

Hmm .. I haven't ran into that specifically, but I'll explain the process I took and it might help. Basically I tried not to alter any of the OG files and I would install the same mod and put (CUSTOM) at the end of it if I wanted to change something.

So I right clicked the original output, open in explorer, copy all and add to archive, and then install that archive as a new mod and put it over the old one:

8.png.7cf0251544ede682b03fe41912fd4eec.png

Even did the same thing with Nemesis itself:

Spoiler

9.png.f40186aca6ecab4015be746b95eb8897.png

Added the custom Nemesis to my MO2 apps with these settings:

12.png.2318d5642a85ef25c3d636b77ef716ce.png

Then from there, it all worked for me and it processed all the files into my custom Nemesis output mod successfully.

One thing worth trying though is I've had problems in the past with Nemesis while Windows antivirus is on. So every time I generate with Nemesis I go into Windows Virus and Threat Protection>manage settings>turn real time protection off .. then turn it back on when it's finished. Windows might find it suspicious and isn't letting it do it's job?

None of those images seem to be working.

I did run into antivirus problems when I was running FNIS- got an error76 or somesuch, which I googled and fixed by whitelisting the entire Nolvus Skyrim folder in Defender. I assume that'd work for running Nemesis as well, but it's worth checking!

EDIT: Still not exporting anything in a 'meshes' folder like the guide mentions. I've had a meta file appear, though.

EDITx2: Ok, I think I've gotten things mostly working! Defeat crashed the game when I had 'player as victim' toggled, so that's one thing to fix. The problem I was running into was apparently that part of the files had been written to the Overwrite folder in MO2. I found out after googling some more that apparently files default there, and if a file is in overwrite it won't go to Nemesis- Output. After deleting the files I'd accidentally created there, the meshes and everything went into the Output folder properly.

Hello, I did everything you said on here about sexlab integration + all the mods you mentioned, installed them perfectly like you said, exactly as you said. Problem is that it simply doesn’t work, too much errors and crashes and issues with all the mods in this pack, from the map displaying purple to sexlab refusing to install in mcm, dying random and ctd, widgets all on the screen which btw I fixed that, the only thing that I fixed. Rest is history, It won’t work … I don’t know how you did it…

Hello ahah could you add me on discord please, i really need help, i'm trying to set up it since 2 days ahah: "commekoma", thank you !

Hey, I actually just built a new PC and am looking to get back to modding Skyrim, using Nolvus as a base. Could you PM me the link to the video? I would be very thankful.
