urinating and pooping and wearing diaper

Is there a pee or poop fremwork, or animation pack that allows me or the NPCs to do this? I've only found Mini Needs on Nexus and it has penalties for anything that caused me to be unable to walk or run after an hour because my stamina and energy didn't recharge. and over time other illnesses came along which made it impossible for me to play. No matter what I ate or drank or urinated, it didn't get better. I'm looking for a mod that allows urination and pooping, maybe a fitcher where you can eat or drink it, but that doesn't have to be the case. And diapers that you can wear as normal clothing, with or without a filling system, I wouldn't care. There are more on the LE but I can't find any on the SE.

Pee and fart does that, including the diapers.
