Curtis_S
I'm not posting this as any kind of "official tutorial", because: 1) I do everything in 3DS Max, and only use Blender as a final file converter; and 2) I just figured out how to do this, like, YESTERDAY... But, because I haven't been able to locate any kind of tutorials on how to make hairs for this program (never mind hairs with hats), I figure'd I'd better get this down in video, lest it be lost to history. Know that I use the OpenCOLLADA plugin for 3DS Max 2017 ( https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCOLLADA ), because the default plugin is not compatible with CTK and won't import the manequins correctly.
