Npc friendly fire grace period

Does anyone know of a mod that makes it so when you accidentally attack a guard or a npc they dont all immediatly aggro you? I am getting real tired of a a spell or stray arrow grazing some guy and then an entire town comes after you. It also probably doesnt help i have 4 followers that use magic that in combat are very passionate about killing.

don't forget to grab the version in the comments section! that version in comments is newer than the nexus files section.
