The greaves.nif  The invisible parts have no NiSkinInstance, so they are not bound to the skeleton and move with the body. You have added "misc items" to an body/armor/clothes nif, that can not work.

Spoiler

NiSkinInstance.jpg

In the gauntlets.nif you have a Scene Root with all bones in your nif but it is a Children of the main/first Scene Root in the nif So the main Scene Root is without bones and the hand and armor is added to the main / first Scene Root.

Same as above a nif with out bones or not bound to the bones can not move in game

The gauntlets are easy to fix

gauntlets.nif

For the greaves.nif you need blender to "weight" the parts without NiSkinInstance ( add NiSkinInstance )

You can try it with MeshRigger but result may not be good.

Or

I'm sure you have copied the parts in your nif from another nif and you made a mistake while copying. Do it again, use Copy Branch. Then you don't need Blender or MeshRigger.

If you have problems upload the original nif with the parts you use in your nif.

Ok, I took your second advice regarding the greaves and it worked. Thanks, man!
