Mod that allows you to equip Devious Devices on other people via pickpocketing?

The description says it all. I just recently got back into modded Fallout 4 after playing Skyrim SE with similar mods.

 

I used to play a sneaky character in that game, though, and planting DD's on my victims was one of my primary ways of dealing with powerful (humanoid) enemies.

 

So now I'm looking for ways to implement that into my Fallout playthrough. The standard Fallout DD framework unfortunately doesn't seem to have this feature incorporated, whereas SkyrimSE's version did.

Anyone know of any mods that do this or something similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated :).
