something I can't test, so I'm asking here:

 

when you start skyrim, windowed, can you move the window by the title bar?

 

my windowed-to-fullscreen autohotkey script stopped working and I just noticed that I can't move the window when it's windowed and I'm trying to see if that's the default behaviour.

For anyone else that is using and autohotkey script do do this, I was told about an skse plugin that does the trick. It's perfect.
