I was actually wondering that it would be great to have different ladies having different body types such as UNPetite, CBBE, UNPB etc  that too at once.

so anyone got any lead how to make it happen?????

Couple of mods let you change things up in game.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/34637/? - Everybody different - textures, height and a couple of other things. It lets you place a bunch of textures in some folders and have them randomly distributed amongst the masses. It's really cool because you can add alpha and specular maps to be randomly placed as well.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20145/? - Body by Race - Gives every race a different body type.

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8873/? - Muscular Women - Gives muscles to Nords and Orcs women or every race if you want.

There are more... but... you know....

mods that you suggest are pretty good but still they don't provide complete modification.

What I actually want is that i want to make lydia use an UNP body type and simultaneously  i want aela to use the CBBE or UNPB body type.

You are looking something like Oblivion's Set Body/Autoset Body mod, right?as far as I know,no such mod exists yet.If modders create it,it will be a major breakthrough

sorry man i didn't played oblivion, skyrim is my first RPG.

and i want mod that can edit bodyshape for each and every NPC specifiacally as I want.

I don't think NPC editor can edit NPC body meshes, does it?

Didnt know you passed on Oblivion,I'm sorry. You gotta play it since its adult mods are way more complex and detailed than the current Skyrim ones.NPC editor wont help you.Every NPC is bound to a certain body:vanilla,UNP,CBBE etc.Only a mod like Set body-which allows you to choose body for your PC/NPCs,and autoset body which gives random body to an NPC when she undresses-can do that. That mod contains many body types.Unfortunatelly,so far noone has succeded in creating such a mod for Skyrim...yet(or atleast public released).

Mind you,it took 2-3 years after Oblivion launch,so we may have a similar mod soon :)

I have a ton of followers, from cbbe to whatever shit I like, but that's easy because usually that mods come with personal folders to replace

The options cornbreadtm gave you are the most suitable ones.

EDIT: Take in care that the more bodies/textures and npc loaded by the game could shit on your game. Personally, I use one texture formy character and two different sets on my perpetual companions.
