Installed sl framework and some plugins, bipod slot 49 wont be removed now

so I have SL with animations dippring when aroused, aroused, and some voices. I ran nemesis and now I cannot unequip a waterskin I use in the game. I have a mod that is called all geared up deriv. and it shows the waterskin there. Sexlab even sees the waterskin there, but it wont remove it. I have to drop the item to remove it and this wasn't a thing until I switched from osex to sexlab.

 

edit: to add to this. I have discovered the sexlab strip does take it off. which is nice, but walking around not so much.

Waterskins aren't a normal part of the game, so look to whatever mod added them.  It might be related to "show waterskins" in iNeed or similar.
