Looking for some advice on first RSE install and outcomes

Recommended Posts

I recently downloaded crime and punishment and advanced needs for Fallout 4 and really enjoy them. I would like to further the "adult" level of the game but I am not interested in seeing animations. For example, I wouldn't mind having the outcome of being beaten in combat be something as sinister as  mods like violate or RSE provide but I just want to know the outcome. I don't want a 30 second porn animation. So something along the lines of a fade to black screen and text box that says "hey that raider did terrible things to you and now you have a disease." I really like the idea of having further character attributes that go up and down based on character conditions. I remember reading about a mod that had an entire list of character attributes like will power etc. If I start installing stuff like RSE 2 can I turn off all the animations and just keep the framework and systems? Or is this going to be impossible?

Thanks.

I have the animations so am not 100% sure of the accuracy of my answer, but sometimes AAF Violate is triggered when there's something wrong with my AAF making it so I don't have the animations. When that happens a box pops up saying something like: [your character name] is doing something bad with so and so.

Thus I'm fairly certain you can use AAF Violate without the animations and that it has a fallback to tell you something bad's happened without showing it to you.

This said, when the animation fails I'm not sure if the follow up possible outcomes such as Raider Pet or Combat Surrender (two kidnapping mods) kick in.

So my answer is a tentative yes that you might get what you want, but I'm not sure as I have the full installation of all those interdependent mods.

Also, for what you want, don't overlook MagnoCumGaudio (sp?) which is an older mod that also does what you want. I use MCG along with the newer mods, and by picking the right MCM options find they work well together and enhance each other.
