Changing Bathing Beauties NPC clothes without clipping

Total noob here with a question that has probably been answered a million times but for the life of me I can't find.  I'm trying to change the NPC's outfits in the Bathing Beauties and luxury suite and am having all sorts of problems.  I've loaded other outfits for NPC's that didn't come with the mod, used bodyslide to make the builds and they have loaded fine.  The luxury suite  ladies get all messed up. Their bodies deform etc.  I tried finding a bodyslide for the  npcs that come with the mod but haven't found any. I am using the BBLS deluxe mod, but that is supposed to just effect the head meshes.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Could you give us a screenshot of their bodies before and after deformation?
