Requirements: 

Automated Load Screen Replacer (ALR) by: Hudddd - https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/52322
(Needed to turn .PNG into .DDS that are applied as a model in-game.)
(Requires that 3D models on Load Screens are enabled)

 

Incompatibilities: 

No 3D Objects In Loading Screens - All DLC

No 3D Objects In Loading Screens

You are most-certainly welcome MayoMan! I wasn't seeing very many options for load screens or main menu replacers so I decided to make something of my own!

Great mod, I was looking for something JUST like this  .

 

I thought I'd mention, don't know if this happened with anyone else, but the change in music you selected only played the first time I launched since Installing. Every time after its been the default theme. No biggie, but I actually welcomed the change, so I thought I'd let you know.

I made all the artwork above in Honey Select 2's Studio software. The character is not actually from Fallout at all. I built the character specifically to look like she belongs in the game, and used monsters and assets that are similar to what you would find in-game as well. None of the stills or the video are actually from Fallout.
