Help in sorting out load order

I need some help in sorting my mod list. I already sort it with BOSS but the sexlab plugin not present in the BOSS Masterlist. I'm also having problem with Sexlab Defeat when the striping animation finish, I receive a notice on top left corner writen " Sexlab Defeat  - Sex fail to start - #" where the # is the number, range from 4, 6 and 7

Case close. I find the culprit. It Nexus Mod Manager. Somehow, the NMM screw up the installation

One anecedotal data point:

 

I use Boss User List Manager, and have set a rule for LoversComfort.esp sorted at 'bottom' of 'Base Early'. Then I set all other sexlab mods as 'after' LoversComfort.esp. 

 

I'm not going to claim that this is the ideal load order but I've seen nearly none of the bugs that others have reported.
