Need help with body modding!

I took a break from Skyrim for a while, and when I came back, huge improvements have been made in the modding community, it seems like.

 

Last time I played, I was using a slightly modified CBBEv3M body for the remodelled armors. I've been meaning to change the body type to use, but I decided to ask for advice, lest I mess up my mod loadout.

 

What body should I switch to, if at all? As for preferences, I was an avid fan of HGEC H-cup in Oblivion initially, though I ended up enjoying DMRA more later on.

I would prefer to have bouncing breasts physics, though the ass physics is not mandatory.

 

Aside from that, it seems UNP is much more popular than CBBE nowadays. Why is that?

Unp seeming to trend is due to the lack of cbbe armors coming out.  It's just fashion really; one slows, the other "picks up" due to sheer volume of content.

 

About HGEC like bodies (by my perceived popularity)

1) UNP has tiny assets, supermodel thin-like, no BBP or TBBP (there is but it doesn't look good :(  ). 

- Lots of armors, I guess.  Though they may not be in-game weight slider compatible.

- Lots of body textures, NSFW and SafeForWork.

- has its own "body maker" but is very limited.  Extremely :(

 

2) UNPB and UNPBx, and its various iterations are larger than UNP and CBBE (mostly), though not HGEC at all. 

- Not really UNP conpatible either (because of BBP)

- the least popular of the UNP bodies and CBBE bodies.

- UNP textures compatible I think (or CBBE, I don't know for sure).

 

3) CBBE, you know it.  BBP and TBBP.

- has the "body maker" utility.  "Infinite" body possibilies are "possible."

- a host of various armors can be made with said tool

- is still wildly popular.  You'll never run out of nice armors or textures for the body.

 

4) NumeNume/Manga Body is the closest to HGEC/Anime Body (by looks only) there is. 

- Large (not big) breasts, thin waist, thin butt.  (Yuck I say.  I need balance).

- Lots of armors and I think CBBE "body maker" compatible, as they are possible to be replicated in the utility.

- CBBE textures compatible, armors/clothes too (though body may engulf the clothes or shrink the body).

 

5) Apparently ADEC was "inspired" by the ol' girl. 

- I think there is BBP (only breast bounce) and TBBP (butt and breasts). 

- Fewer armors than UNPB, but the most detailed body replacer there is. 

- Nice variety of textures, but not many like CBBE's enormous catalog.

 

6) There's CHSBHC, going from little CBBE to big butt and breasts (though there are few mod armors for it).

- BBP started here for Skyrim. 

- I've tried to update CHSBHC as CHSBv3, in BBP and TBBP, though my health is slowing down my armor output.

- [Megalov has his/her slightly larger CHSB (dubbed the MegaLov body), but I'm not sure if CBBE textures are supported.]

- [TomPom is another aficionado with CHSBHC v3T, a lot like MegaLov's body, but only like 5 armors for it.  CHSB and CBBE compatible, but again, the body might engulf the clothes, body may shrink.]

- compatible with CBBE textures and armors, but again, the body might engulf the clothes, body may shrink.

- can be replicated almost exactly with CBBE's "body maker" but the perky butt and breasts cannot be remade.

 

6a) There are many more, but my shameless plug for ADM comes in here.  The Brazilian supermodel body.

- Inspired by my ex-girlfriends, 3dLatinas/sexdollz, and the awesome power of thick legs, big butt, big breasts.

- CBBE compatible like CHSB, and same problems, few armors.

- CBBE textures supported.

- only downed by my bad health.

*** There's also Lady Body.  I think this one is even more detailed than ADEC, looks like the Vanilla body, but the bulk of it's armors and body modding scene is in the Russian sites.  Usually hidden behind paywalls and registration limitations.

The above bodies can easily be located with searches on the NEXUS, LL, DragonPorn/bbs.3dmgame (both Japanese, maybe Korean too), and other such places. 

 

Korean and Chinese scenes also have strict restrictions and paywalls, Japanese sites also (to keep their talent slaving away :(  Their pride keeps them in chains).

I hope I helped with my vagueness.  The fun in modding is seeing and believing.  Skyrim is good for that  :)

1) as far as I know every single armor for UNP supports weight slider same as CBBE..

 

2) Not only every UNP armor is compatible with UNPB but many of them have been ported to UNPB and I think theres even more BBP armor for UNPB now than for CBBE, also theres a new body called Sevenbase (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36992/?) that came out last month, it made me forget all about CBBE actually.

 

3) CBBE has a more powerful Bodyslide tool than UNP, the downside is, very few armors are available for Bodyslide, so yes you can virtually make any shape you like but will end up using fewer armors than CBBE / UNP / UNPB

 

4) NumeNume body looks nice but it is not supported, most of the CBBE armors would fit but I dont recall any sliderset in Bodyslide that matches NumeNume.

 

5) ADEC has the most TBBP support of all, it does have all vanilla armor conversions + some really good things like Tera armors, I personally dont like the shape very much.

 

7) CHSBHC is indeed the body that started all BBP / TBBP animations but few armors are supported.

hey can someone help i have a problem with my 1st person male arm the hand shows but the arm doesent and wen i take the wrist band that part is invisible to it was fine befor but after the last patch im getting my arm cliped off. is there any mod to fix this? 

i got no problems wen i play 3rd person only in first person view.

I never tried ADM myself, now tha bodychange was released I might give it a shot, care to spare some links for armors?

open up my name and go to my content. also, on the nexus as ozzking and o3zman. though don't mention either in comments. I would like to not be rebanned.

As for custom armor and clothing content...that's not as big a deal for me, seeing I prefer to not have any custom equipments as I play the game.

Can ADM and Sevenbase both use CBBE and UNP armors respectively?

ADM and SevenBase are based off of CBBE, using UNP textures on CBBE bodies gives the breasts a really scary look.

 

The same is true with CBBE textures on UNP.

In short, they'll work on each other, but the nipples/areola are way off, and at least to me, appear "scary."

After trying out various bodies, I've currently settled on chsbhc T3 with TBBP.

 

Overall I'm happy with, but I'd prefer a slightly more slender with perkier assets. Any suggestions?

 

Also replacers like the CBBEv3M remodeled would be a huge plus!
