If you are not getting logs with Buffout, then you need to recheck the installation procedure.

Scrap Everything is generally not a good mod to use.  It may seem fine at first, but it breaks precombines.  Bethesda made it so that a bunch of objects are all included in 1 thing, and when you use a scrapping mod it tends to break that thing.  In the long term it puts more and more stress on the system until you get more lag and eventually crashing.  This behavior tends to start mid-game depending on how much you've scrapped.

Scrap everything can be used safely with https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46403 there is a standalone version of PRP for Scrap Everything there.  I have received word from the mod author of PRP that an update of that should be coming along in the near future.  I do not reccomend any other scrapping mods.

There may be other things in your load order but that's the first thing I saw.

I would also recommend going back through the Adult Guide, make sure everything is up to date and you are not using patches or mods that are on the no no list

Skip/Scrap these mods/patches (INCOMPATIBILITIES)

Patches

  • Indarello's 'Patch for animations (Squirt/Cum Effects, cum/tattoo overlays, stages, fixes)' ["AnimationAddonsAndFixes" in Vortex]
  • One Patch to Rule/Bang Them All
  • AJ's XMLs
  • Polistiro's AAF patches for Crazy and Leito Animations
  • FO4 Animations by Leito - Voice Fix 1.1
  • AAF Overlay Patches (CumNWealth_Base and CumNWealth_insert animation pack name here.)

Mods

  • ANYTHING Four-Play [except Leito and Crazy animation packs themselves, those are fine].
  • aSexMod [Can't believe i have to add this but people still download it...]
  • Any other Theme that isn't the one listed in this guide. D'uh.
  • Bad Dragon Radio [Ships with outdated F4SE scripts and will break anything running on them.]
  • BakaScrapHeap [Incompatible with Buffout's memory manager option. Avoid or disable Buffout's memory manager option.]
  • Better Locational Damage [Apparently it messes with skeletons somehow but placing it very low in plugin order fixes the issue it causes.]
  • Cute Preset [Apparently, the author decided to ship EVERYTHING with the preset, including the fucking CBBE Knee Fix which breaks ZaZ Extended Skeleton.]
  • Dog Love [No.]
  • Dongs of Fallout [Absolutely no.]
  • Gendered Specific Skeleton [IF you can set it up working properly, go ahead.]
  • Private Profile Redirector F4 - Faster Game Start (INI File Cacher) [Royally fucks with INI files. Avoid like the fucking plague.]
  • Race Customizer [Just.. Nope.]
  • RSEII_Brothels [It will eventually break your save. This mod is broken beyond repair, Flashy's own words.]
  • Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE - KneeFix [Conflicts with ZaZ Extended Skeleton. READ NOTE ABOUT THIS ABOVE IN #5]
  • 3BBB if using CBBE [Requires Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE, and thus, it's incompatible. READ NOTE ABOUT THIS, BELOW IN POINT #5]
  • Unique NPC's/Followers series of mods [AAF is now compatible with Unique Player, not the others.]

This behavior tends to start mid-game depending on how much you've scrapped.

This is caused by how much is built, not how much is scrapped. The more you scrap the less is rendered and the higher your FPS. SE brakes precombines in settlement cells only, unless you're a dumb arse and turn off precombines globally.

You can test this yourself by uncapping your FPS, going to Sanctuary and noting the FPS. Now, scrap everything you can, using SE of course, return to the same spot, looking the same direction and check the FPS again.

In most settlements breaking the precombines is fine and dandy. Ones like Bunker Hill and Hangman's Alley are a big fat NOPE! LOL

One thing SE does is allow you to build more (if you scrap everything) before the normal performance impact kicks in.

But, the #1 killer... to many settlers followed by building to much shite.

Just downloaded this mod for scrap everyting, changed patch for aaf, fixed buffout 4 and still crashes from time to time at random. Now at least i have a crash log from buffout, but still don't know how to read them. At top it says "Unhandled exception "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" at 0x7FF6BB6C59E3 Fallout4.exe+13B59E3" whatever this means

can you attach the crash log text file?  it doesn't tell you much unless it's scanned or looked at by someone that knows how to read it.

Here's the autoscan, this will at least give you some direction in looking into the issue.  It basically just flags potential problems.  That list of FormID's at the bottom you may need to load all of your mods with xEdit (a.k.a. FO4Edit) and use the filter at the top to see what they are.  Any of the ones that start with 0's are from the base game, but that doesn't mean they can be dismissed.  You can see if other mods are changing the record and consider those mods as potential things to look at.  Edit:  I should also note that any testing should be done on a new game.  So if you are able to reproduce the crash, and decided to disable a handful of mods to test, start a new game after disabling.  And if you are using Mod Organizer, you'll want to disable them from the left side panel when testing.

I don't quite understand. It mostly takes me to things like pool cue or some npc's from game like mama murphy. Some of them can't be found maybe because i removed sim settlers and quick change menu. I don't quite know what to do, i'm not that good at modding.

Did you remove the mods and keep playing the same save?

I removed hot mama settlers and bandits and it didn't crash for a while, i guess it's fixed for now. But i have another issue, every diamond city guard is naked and i don't see any new weapons from combined arms mod. I mean no one has them and no shopkeeper has any. Only the ones i find were placed by author.

My question was leading to this piece of advice, and it's still not clear to me if this is what happened so I'll just say it in case you aren't aware.  Removing mods in the middle of a play-through has a very high chance of breaking the save.  This is because many things get "baked" into the save file and can't be fixed for the most part.  Especially if your precombines are broken, or there are records and scripts no longer present which will cause crashes.   (adding mods in the middle of a save is also not the best idea).

So if you removed mods during this play-through, I highly recommend ditching this save file, and start a brand new character from the beginning.  That's not to say that starting a new game will magically fix it so that it doesn't crash, because you may very well have other things that can cause crashes due to incompatibilities.  But if you start fresh and then still have crashes, it's much easier to go through and figure out what's causing it especially if the crash can be easily replicated by performing a certain action in the game (like looting a corpse, or firing a certain gun, etc.).

With all of that said, I can offer you at least one fix that I found for the issue of DC guards that like to let it all hang out.  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/54783

Honestly it might be best to follow a guide the first time through, for example this one has been used by many people and is solid.  Of course, it would mean completely starting over, but once you have a stable game and more knowledge you can start substituting for mods you'd rather have, test that and continue.

As for the issue of the guns not showing up on the vendors, I would suggest starting a new game and check it that way.  If you still don't see the guns, you may need to open all your mods in xEdit and drill down to the mod in question.  if they are being added to "leveled list" you can click and see if there is another mod overwriting.

Armor Keywords (awkcr) is a cludgy mess and modifies a tremendous amount of leveled lists.  So if your gun mod is using a leveled list that is also being changed by Armor Keywords, one thing you can try is load that gun mod at a higher priority.  Just keep in mind that any change to leveled lists may take a while to propagate in the game, cells will need to reset, vendor inventory, etc.

Thank you for your time! One more question. Higher priority was putting mod on top or bottom? I'm always messing this part up.

No worries.  If you are using "Mod Organizer 2", the "lower"' you place it physically towards the bottom of your screen, the "higher" priority it has.  You can see the numbers in the Priority column.  The higher the number, the lower it is on your screen, and it will take precedence over any other mod that is a lower number priority.  You can also see a conflict area with a that shows what is overwriting, if it has a red line it means something has files that are overwriting that mod.  It is just as important to get the load order on the left correct as it is getting the plugins sorted on the right.

For Vortex, this document appears to explain it.  https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/The_Vortex_approach_to_load_order_sorting

It is definitely beneficial to gain as much knowledge of the basic usage of your mod manager as you can, because it can save time later if things start to go awry.
