Creating a lot of Dialogs

Recommended Posts

Hello.

I don't know if this is the correct section to post this.

Does anyone know of some good programs for creating voices using AI? I'm working on a personal quest mod (maybe I'll make it public) that needs many different voices in the characters, and I think that would be the best option to do the dialogues, I have a couple of programs but their voices are very robotic and without "emotions".

I did the voices for some female characters myself, but obviously I can't do all the voices for all the different characters.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I believe this - xVASynth 2 - might help you https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/44184

It's what people have been using here to generate voice files for existing LL mods. I'm using a lot of them, sure it's not perfect but it beats having mute dialogue.

Here are some extra voice packs https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46683

This author has shared some of said voice files for LL mods and also kindly published this manual on how to do it yourself. Whether you're voicing your own mod, or some other mod, his post should be of help:

An important aspect to retain is that voice files can come in wav or fuz format, the latter being always better as it will make for much smaller files and better game performance. Since you've been voicing your own mod this might not be so relevant as I believe the CK will allow you to generate fuz files directly? Synth files, however, may end up in wav format and it might be good to convert them - I'm not sure if the article above refers that, been a while since I read it thoroughly but this old tool - unfuzzer -would still be a good place to start if you need to: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19242/
