No animation registered in SexLab

Hi guys, i installed sexlab two days ago and solved some problems until i got it to work just fine.
Yesterday i removed "50% perk points" mod from the in-game mod menu and the problems started, with skyui and racemenu not working anymore. I solved it anyway, by eliminating all in-game mod menu mods and only relying on Vortex. I got everything to work again, unless for a problem i experienced also before that last change, which is that sexlab is not registering animations, not in the "toggle animations" section of MCM, nor in the registry info. i tried cleaning, resetting animations and cache, but nothing worked, even though the last time those were the only passages i did to see them appear.

FNIS doesn't give any warning and i use it more than its needed (i read about HKX in a recent post and also activated it along with skeletons and gender but it didn't do the trick), it perceives the animations and i'm under the FNIS animation cap of 10000 animations.

I sort my mods with loot, jcontainers is the last version.

I just don't understand why they don't show up in mcm, everything else works just fine (if not for the fact that without animations i can't use the mod funcionalities)

You don't seem to have Sexlab Anim Loader SE mod installed. You need that mod to load animations from SLAL mods like Billy's and Funnybusiness.

 

You also use Live Another Life mod.

 

The way i do it and it always works ->

 

- run FNIS

- create new game

- create character

- wait for mods to stop posting messages on screen

- save game

- exit game

- launch game and load save game

- wait for mods to stop displaying messages (last message should be Sexlab reporting being ready, can take about 30-60 seconds after loading game)

- go into mod configuration menu and use Sexlab Animation Loader to register animations.

- now setup rest of mods

- talk to statue and choose a path

I will try right now, starting with downloading Anim Loader.

I have Live Another Life but it's disabled in vortex, i usually go with Skyrim Unbound, usually starting and then installing SLAL, but i'll try that new method now.

Never used that mod but i guess it should work more or less the same way.

 

When using Live Another Life mod, Sexlab mod never loads automatically after character creation. Thus i exit game and load save game. Maybe slightly slower than activating Sexlab manually, but it always works.

 

With Unbound mod it is maybe not necessary to exit and load game.

Great! Anim loader solved it, and to think i didn't install it cause i thought it was only needed to create new animations. -. -"

 

Also found out that Skyrim Unbound doesn't let SLAL install until after setup and character creation. With no need to Reload it seems. 

 

So (leaving it here for SU users) first setup SU, create character, then install SLAL and then animations.
