You people should really make a new thread for Trails into Reverie at this point and move modding for that game into it. If only to avoid confusion as to which mod is for Hajimari no Kiseki and which is for Trails into Reverie.

If you install a lakovic mod, you can fine a new hash by press F12(hunting mode), press F3 for help.

Pay attention to the shadows on the character, the character is facing towards the sunlight.

It might help to run aa_replace_shaders.py: https://github.com/eArmada8/ed8_inject

My guess is that this happens because the file uses a shader from the wrong game.

It would help if you could be more specific. I doubt I would do that for NPCs (Thors, Astraia, and others) because it would be tons of work. I would have to replace their legs or edit the texture image files. For some mods where I already replaced the legs or body, it might be much easier.

Download and extract them, then move the files to your Hajimari no Kiseki folder in order (3>4>5>6). If your PC says you don't have access to move the files, disable "Read only" on the Properties of your Hajimari folder.

Those updates are for the Clouded Leopard Entertainment release (Asian languages), please do not attempt to use them on the NISA release.

 

There is a separate thread for the NISA release.  I have shared new CE tables over there, linked in the first post.

 

For anyone actually playing the Asian language version who needs the game updates, they're still available here.

Thank you. I actually downloaded it from the link you gave me but I am unable to check the box 'Override Purchase Item' so I figured it may be my game that is not updated but I cant find the updates from the NIS thread, thank you if could help.

The NIS game updates automatically with Steam/GOG, there is no need to download updates manually.

I just downloaded and tested, and the table for the NIS version is working (with game version 1.0.6). However, not all purchases get replaced. When I buy character-specific weapons or armor, I receive the weapon or armor rather than the item selected in the table. This seems like a really minor issue, though. Simply knowing that limitation means the user can just buy something else.

Uhh, are you talking about reverie or hajimari? This is the hajimari thread.

 

Either way, that probably means that character-specific weapon / armor activates via different machine code. I am only patching one routine.

So on Steam there are two versions of this game the NIS and the Hajimari, these mods are only on the Steam Hajimari version of the game that doesn't have English translations correct? Because @lakovic's full mod for the game is targeted to Hajimari and there's a NIS one with only some of the mod applications available.

There are many UV maps in this folder, the suffix is .dds, for example, 00.dds uses the pattern of 00 in the screenshot, and so on.
OK, let's change the pattern on Emma's top, find

Old Class VII (and Tita) decided to try out cosplay, and are wearing costumes from Honkai: Star Rail!  (Ok fine, one of the costumes is from Genshin Impact)

I originally envisioned this as a mod to give some costumes to old Class VII in CS3, since they have no costume options at all, and I added Tita because why not.  I initially ported Opulent Splendor and Silver Wolf as a sort of thank you to my collaborator on the elegant cocktail dress mod for Trails into Reverie, and just kept going!

 

The costumes included are:

• Alisa, cosplaying as Keqing (Opulent Splendor)
• Laura, cosplaying as Bronya
• Emma, cosplaying as Ruan Mei
• Fie, cosplaying as Silver Wolf
• Millium, cosplaying as March 7th
• Sara, cosplaying as Guinaifen
• Tita, cosplaying as Sparkle

(CS4 and Reverie versions get a bonus: Estelle as Sparkle, and Celine and Elise as Keqing.  Celine in particular seems fitting since Keqing has cat ears, I think?)

 

Earrings are separately equippable.  I ported over the earrings for Keqing, March 7th and Guinaifen.  I included Elise's pearl earrings as a substitute for Ruan Mei's earrings, because they're better.

 

My mystery collaborator, a modder on discord who prefers to stay anonymous, prepared some hair/eye colors for the costumes as well.  Alisa (and Elise in CS4/Reverie) has purple hair, Fie has silver eyes, Millium has pink hair and pink/blue eyes, and Tita has Sparkle's black hair and pink butterfly eyes.  For CS4 and Reverie, Estelle cannot equip hair/eyes so you can replace C_CHR081_C003.pkg with the variant included in the download for Sparkle's distinct look.

 

Disclaimer: I had to make many compromises.  Yes, there will be some clipping.  Don't bother to report it, I already know.  No one has their shawls, because CS3/CS4/Reverie does not have the requisite shawl bones.  Finally, these are not meant to be faithful reproductions.  I ported over whatever I felt looked best, and what was feasible.  Do not bother to tell me I left something out, I do not care.  If you want to modify these costumes to make them faithful reproductions, you are of course welcome to do so.

Additionally, when using the big Roselia, it is not compatible with the small rose's animation, which causes a neck shrinking issue, as shown in the picture.

To resolve this issue, it is necessary to force the use of the big rose's animation. However, this will cause problems with the small rose's animation. Therefore, you can only choose one of the two.

Usage instructions: Extract the attachment and copy the 4 pkgs to data\asset\D3D11. Remember to back up the files with the same names beforehand (if there are any). If there are no files with the same names, you don't need to back up.
