No faces in mage hoods

I've been rebuilding my load order, and I think I've got about as I want it... except for one thing:

 

 

I can't seem to get the heads to show up in the mage hoods for some reason. It's not a problem for mu character, possibly because it's the player, possibly because my DB is male. But poor old Brelyna here, that hood isn't doing her any favors.

 

Any ideas? I'd assumed it was something bodyslide related, but I think I've rebuild everything half a dozen times by now.

Thinking about it, it could be a missing texture. Something supposed to be mainly transparent, but here rendering as an opaque purple blob...

Untick in armor/armor addon uses slot head hair.

If it's a one piece robe.
