Latest BrutalRapers not working?

Hi, I'm having some issues with Brutal Rapers/Sex-out in general that's leading to Creatures, Mutants and NPCs to simply not attack me. They don't stalk me despite any settings on the plugin. They (npcs, mutants and creatures) only seem to attack me when I wait and even then sometimes the animations are broken/my character disappears. Whats the trick? How do I become attractive to things that they actively attack me in sexual ways? All that happens now is creatures or human enemies killing me.
 
Here is my load list order. and keep in mind this is a FRESH install.
