A Question about the setting voices - Why can't you select ns0f?

In the old Lovers (prior to v96 I think), while selecting voices ingame, the voices in folder ns0f could be selected by choosing voice set 1. And the voices in folder ns1 were unselectable. In the new one, choosing voice set 1 gives you the voices in folder ns1, but voices in ns0f is unselectable.

 

So, to summarize, why is there a voice set folder that is manually unselectable? Is it an oversight, or is it actually impossible for some reason?

I think that you can use ns0f because it is the configured data of the default because you cancel setting.
