Very much so......

 

there are quite a few effects shaders available in the CK. Explaining how to swap them around would require a small novel. Your best bet would be to just create a plugin and test things out.

 

It's a bit involved, but basically, you just load up the effect for a given spell, then select a different shader from the drop down list of shaders available until you get the visual effect you prefer. Repeat for all the spells you want to give a different visual effect, then save your work to a new plugin. Place it near the bottom of your load order, in the event you have other visual effects mods you don't want overwriting your changes.
