Breeding slaves and pit fighters

There is a mod here that allows you to designate slaves as pit fighters and prostitutes. It works good. Is there a way to have slaves breed? Used to be something like that for ck2. Think it would help now with all our eugenics projects. I also haven't tried it yet but I think it could be something that could help tie in with the later period martial education. Say you train pit fighters to become gladiators and eventually knights. Role playing wise that might be interesting. Intrigue liege wise, well let's just say I'm sure many people have a liege that probably bed all the fair maidens in their realm and eventually even had bastards with their slaves too.
