Just download this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19911/

And drag the Bodyslide SSE meshes into the .exe, that will generate a LE mesh that you can use to replace the original ones.

After that just build the outfits in Bodyslide and that's it

Know of any tools that do this for textures as well? Because the textures from this mod do not work on Skyrim LE.

I don't. Apparently Cathedral optimizer can, but I use photoshop with Intel DDS plugin to save them with nvidia DDS plugin.

Same, but that can be very tedious work. I've tried Cathedral in the past but without any luck, maybe it was the settings I had it on.
