Are There Any Soft Pull Mechanics for Analog Triggers?

Hi guys.. Lately I find myself playing games like Control and Cyberpunk with a Xbox controller over my trusty mouse and keyboard. But just like you all.. Can't seem to let my love for Skyrim die.. but my love for M+KB is well worn ever since I started using Steam's Big Picture Mode. This is proving to be troublesome because It's nigh impossible to map all of my keyboard commands to a paltry joystick. 

I can live without sexlab shortcuts and reduced hotkeys.. buuuuut I need to be able to block while dual wielding and spell swording.  The solution seems simple but I wouldn't know how to implement it: Soft pull of LT to block. Hard pull of LT To attack... or is this not possible for some reason?
