Does WW modify hygiene and Bladder values?

I noticed after installing this mod along with a couple of animation packages, that my sims have significantly lower maximum hygiene and bladder. Doing 1 sex act lasting 2 (real time) minutes causes my sim to drop to about 1/4~1/3 bar in both and using the toilet + sink washing completely fills both back up. Dont need to shower or bath, just wash hands. This just means I spend more time using the toilets than I used to. of course this would be negated eventually by reward traits but for the time being and for newly created sims, this is annoying.

There is an option in the settings to turn off needs decay during sex if you want to use it.
