A couple strip club related questions

1. Is there a way to have a NPC run strip club? That way I could have sims visit without needing to manage it or set things up myself?

 

2. For when I am managing is there a way to set it to stay closed? Like if I want my sim to have a day off or something?

You can have another house managing the strip club. then you can just visit it, but as far as i know not a 100% npc. 
I never tried but i doubt it will auto manage the club, like hiring new dancers etc.
But the working hours will be the same, the employees will show up in the timers you set up even if you are not the manager.

as far as i know this is not possible, you are saying like normal business that you can just click on close, but no.
You will need to change the opening hours etc.. 
In mines i just dont go to the club if i dont want to.
