Broken bottle as a weapon?

Is it possible to have a dagger shaped as a broken bottle? The kicker is that it should be possible to make one on the spot if you have a bottle of any booze (or an empty bottle).

 

In more general terms, is it possible to have a spell (not unlike bound weapons) that costs 0 mana but instead consumes an object from inventory?

I do something like that via two mods.  The "craft anywhere" idea is through The Manipulator from LL here, and the bottle as weapon from a mod I think was Master of Weapons on the Nexus.  It let you create all sorts of things into weapons as long as you had the thing.  Broom? 2H Hammer, leg of deer? mace, pitchforks, tankards, forks, lots of things like that could be made, and you could make some from basic raw materials like firewood and iron.
