Same here. From using it, I've seen tankards and goblets filled with blood in various places, but I don't know anything else beyond that. Can you fill them up yourself? Do you force others to fill them up for you? Can you drink the blood, like a potion or wine? Do you get any buffs/debuffs for doing so?
