Android race?

I'm wondering if there would be a mod out there for a race as close to an android as we can get without breaking lore?

The closest one I can think of is the SexBot E.L.L.E in SexLab Stories:

I think I have seen a playable Dwarven Sexbot race somewhere, though I can't really recall the name.

Closest thing I could find on Nexus was a Ball-jointed Doll race. Immune to diseases makes them nice.

You can make a dwemer cyborg or android character using this mod.

 

It's not lore friendly but there's the Sexbot textures too. You'd have to add them to a custom race for them to work properly, they're UUNP.
