Instructions:

• Move the CC folder into your Mods folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods)
• Choose one of the remaining folders, open it and and move the files into your Tray folder (Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
  •  Look at the folder names to decide which folder you should pick:
    • Basegame: Only uses clothes from the basegame for the Sims.
    • GamePlusDLC: Uses clothes from the basegame and all DLCs. Best option if you own most DLCs. The game will delete clothes from the Sims if they are from a DLC you don't own.
    • Played: The Sims already have skills, jobs, unlocked traits, are famous and so on.  
    • Unplayed: The Sims are unplayed.
• The Sims are all part of one household. Click "Open My Library" on the top right inside the game. Turn on "Include Custom Content" on the left. Now the AllStars household will be shown in the list and can be placed in the world.

 Recommended mods:

• WickedWhims by Turbodriver
  • Use these two cheats on a Sim if you don't want them them to be shy about nudity:
    • ww.set_nudity_skill 5
    • ww.convert_to_exhibitionism
• Pornstar Cock Mod by Noir
  • This has to be done for each Sim:
    • Click on Sim -> Wicked... -> Pubic Hair... -> Disable Pubic Hair (pubic hair doesn't work well with this penis mod)
    • Click on Sim -> Wicked... -> Body Selector -> This Sim > Male Soft Penis -> Choose "Thick Soft Extra Big Penis" or "Thick Soft Huge Penis"
    • Click on Sim -> Wicked... -> Body Selector -> This Sim > Male Hard Penis -> Choose "Thick Hard Big Penis" (larger than that tends to break animations)
• MCCC (by deaderpool) has an option to disable changes in fat and muscles if you do not want these things to change.
  • This has to be done for each Sim when you use MCCC:  
    • Click on Sim -> MC Command Center -> Sim Flags... -> MC CAS -> Flag Freeze Physique -> OK

a tip for you: use black skin from thisisthem, they would make your sims look better.

the tattoo's on the stomach are not shown on CAS, only on the sims themselves not like the Arm and back tattoos :(

Can you describe that in more detail please? If the Sim ingame has the stomach tattoo it should also be in CAS. It looks like this for me:

all of the stomach and chest tattoos don't show up in cas, but if i play these sims, they appear somehow.

So i can't use these tattoos on other sims

I think I found the issue and updated the tattoos that didn't show up in CAS.
