ECE users - I need your help :X

 I'm trying to make different types of faces on ECE but so far ANYTHING that I try to do with those sliders ends up terribly ugly. I mean, the character's face end up too thin or with a horrible "hole" in her cheeks.

 

 So, I wanted to ask for tips... How to make a good face format? Is there any trick to start one? In fact, what I want most is a good way to make a long face... For example like this one:

 

 

 

 Also, I noticed that many screenshots of characters have something in common.. Thin noses. It's that a mod? A ECE configuration?
