Bolded are mods that I have recently updated.

Just started a new game and when I look at Readius, it only shows CDN, RAD, and EFF. My hardcore mode is functioning as follows:

• Stimpaks heal over time (working as intended)
• RadAway heals radiation poisoning instantly
• Doctor's bags heal all limbs fully
• Sleep heal limbs? (Didn't test)
• Ammunition is weightless.
• Companions cannot die, instead getting knocked unconscious for a short time (due to "Companions teleporter All Essential.esp," but I hate this part of hardcore mode)
• The Courier must drink, eat, and have proper sleep cycles or will suffer increasing negative effects, up to immediate death. (working as intended, but doesn't show on Pipboy, only hud and EFF tab for hunger buffs/debuffs)

Beside the companions not dying, I cannot find any documentation of why my hardcore mode isn't true hardcore and I want to know why. The ones I suspected were Useable Toilets and Tryout Kennels, but doesn't seem to be them in FNVedit.

[sOLVED... kind of] After looking through options, I found out that Hardcore Mode was turned off. Turned it on; fixed. However, I did start a new game before the original post. In it, I know I clicked 'yes' for Hardcore Mode, but it had the same results.
