[SOLVED] Black border around character models

I've noticed that some modders have implemented a black border around their character models.

What mod can be used to accomplish this?

Is it an ENB setting?

 

Here are two different skyrim content creators who seem to be using the same effect.

I tried setting EnablePrepass = true and it doesn't seem to have any effect. 

Edit: It appears I'm lacking enbeffectprepass.fx and my ENB (Rya ENB) doesn't come with it. 

Anyone know where I can get my hands on a prepass file?

perhaps helps that?

nexus has a problem at the moment, I think it's Bloodborne ENB.

I just stole the enbeffectprepass.fx file from another enb preset and it seems to be working fine now. 
Snapdragon ENB, to be exact.
