Mod to drown NPCs

In Skyrim, your PC can easily drown but NPCs never take drowning damage.  Using Defeat, recently, I had the strange result that an NPC drowned my PC.  My PC was caught without armor near a river when bandits attacked..  My PC surrendered to a female NPC who decided to sexually assault her in the water.  Because of the animation that randomly came up, both my PC and the NPC had their heads continuously until my PC drowned.  (The NPC, of course  took no damage.)  I can't help but think it would add something to the game to enable one's PC to drown NPCs they're able to draw into the water.
