Freezes, crashes, model stuttering

I can't get more than a few minutes through the game without it crashing to desktop or, way more often, freezing. Additionally, there seems to be some minor stuttering in the female models.

If I were not so incredibly new to Sexout, I'd go through the process of turning off and on the mods that are most likely to be causing problems, but I'm not even sure where to start.

 

EDIT: Discovered source of problem, turns out NVSR was causing the problems.
