I imported meshes and textures from Morroblivion and added respawnable cliff racers. I didn't add a lot of them but if you explore the Cyrodill halfway thoroughly you will definitely encounter them.
Don't thank me thank Morroblivion creators.
I guess I have permission to release this my mini personal mod because nobody from Morroblivion team seemed to object to this.

-I added respawnable Cliff Racers across the Cyrodiil

-there are three kinds of the Cliff Racers depending on the damage they do

-trolling at its height expect the Cliff Racers where you normally wouldn't

 

 

ver. 0.02

-added Cliff Racer death drop ingredient item known as "Racer Plumes" 

-now you can find some junk and/or food on the body of a Cliff Racer

   -some Cliff Racers will carry jewelry, some birds like shining things e.g. magpie

-I ripped the Air Screamer sound from the Silent Hill game and added it

-I set 100 percent chance of a Cliff Racer making sound effect e.g. when hit or dying

Truly, whoever made this is a sadistic soul. These cliffracers look, fly, and probably sound just like those from Morrowind.

 

But really, thanks for sharing. I always like new creatures in my oblivion game, since oblivion doesn't have many creatures in it by default.

 

Now all we need now are lovers anims for these guys
