Can't install Sims 4 tray importer please help :(

Hey guys, like the title says, I'm having problems with the importer. Whenever I click to install, windows pops up a message saying If I install it, I'm putting my computer at risk. Do I just ignore, is the file safe? I have a bunch of sims and lots that I'd love to share ❤️

disable that trash that is defender (click on search icon type defender disable real time disable everything)

install something like kaspersky if you really don't want a trojan , the point is kasp makes the difference between false alrest and real alert

for you convenience i downloaded and scanned sims 4 importer 1.9.11.3 and is fine
