Naked Reaction (yes again^_^)

I have average expirience with Fallout 3 GEKK, so I am not so nub at this theme.

But new game, new Creation Kit, new things.

Can somebody discribe in few words, how can be realised in new CK system of NPC reaction to nude state of player?

I just want to make NPC's react to nakedness harder than usually. Actually, I want them to react as it can be in real life - if nude girl walking at street, nobody will stay unconcerned.

If player is nude they must go to him and say something about it.

 

Or, may be you know some mods with such reactions to learn it from this mods.
