Texture bug after import in FO4

It could be the padding on the textures (or rather lack of padding) when you exported the texture you can set the padding type/level there.

Infinite is always a good choice.

 

Some other things that come to mind is overlapping UVs, or if you imported pre baked normal maps from another program SP treats them differently then ones it does and it wont fix them if so.

If its the latter you will need to fix it in Photoshop/gimp yourself.
